Accredited by the American College of Radiology, the Holy Cross Hospital – Jordan Valley Breast Care Center uses oncology nurse navigators as the first point of contact for patients with a new cancer diagnosis. Navigators provide support using the latest tools, resources and information to make the right decisions for your care.
Patient navigators facilitate timely care coordination with the necessary providers and can assist with any questions or concerns that arise. No one should go through a cancer diagnosis alone. We are your healthcare advocate and are here to ensure your cancer care is well coordinated from diagnosis to survivorship.
