Professional Practice Model

How do CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region nurses achieve excellence? Through our Professional Practice Model. The Nursing Professional Practice Model embodies our beliefs, values and the vehicles through which Mountain Region nurses deliver relationship-based care and making the healing presence of God known. Our mission, powered by faith, serves as the foundation for all we do. The plains represent our communities values and desire to grow. The mountains also represent our communities and how we work to deliver excellence each day. The circle represents our connected ministry and collective desire to make a difference.
