She is a champion of bolstering associate and physician engagement and has been instrumental in synergizing operational efficiency, nurse engagement, and patient volumes. “I am passionate about the health and wellbeing of our communities. Under my leadership, St. Anthony North Health Campus will continue to excel as a leader in exceptional patient care, a forerunner in medical advancement and a highly engaged group of dedicated caregivers,” Schmidt said.
The opportunity to build on the hospital’s rich legacy is an appealing challenge for the executive who says, “It’s a true honor to be entrusted with the next chapter of the hospital’s legacy. St. Anthony North Health Campus is known as the health care expert in the Westminster and surrounding communities and we are on a mission to provide health care to meet the unique needs of every person so they can be whole and healthy.”
