About Oscar Noel, DO
Oscar F. Noel IV, DO, takes pride in caring for his patients and believes in personalized care and shared decision making. He does his best to make patients feel comfortable and fully informed so that they can make the best decision possible. His Christian faith is an extremely important part of Dr. Noel’s life and an integral part of his practice philosophy: to always do what is right for the patient. He treats osteoarthritis of the knee, hip and shoulder, sprains and ligament/tendon tears, including rotator cuff tears, biceps tears or tendonitis, meniscus tears and ACL tears, carpal and cubital tunnel syndrome, trigger finger and fractures. Dr. Noel’s procedural expertise includes sports medicine, arthroscopic surgery, general orthopedics, total joint replacement of the hip, knee and shoulder, orthopedic trauma care, fracture surgery and hand surgery.
Dr. Noel received his Bachelor of Science degree with a major in biology and minor in bio-medical sciences from Colorado State University in Ft. Collins, Colorado. He furthered his medical education with a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and an anatomy fellowship at Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Parker, Colorado. Dr. Noel participated in an orthopedic surgery mentorship in orthopedic materials and implant research with Dr. Leo Whiteside of the Missouri Bone and Joint Research Foundation in St. Louis, Missouri. He completed his orthopedic surgery internship and residency at Des Peres Hospital and St. Louis University Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. He then completed his orthopedic sports medicine fellowship at Cincinnati Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center/Mercy Health in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Dr. Noel enjoys spending time with his family and friends, skiing, golfing, playing tennis, hunting, fishing, and hiking.
