Audre Gvildys Bagnall to oversee Strategy for Colorado, Kansas and Utah
(Centennial, CO.) May 14, 2024 – CommonSpirit Health is pleased to announce that Audre Gvildys Bagnall has been named Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) for CommonSpirit Health’s Mountain Region, effective June 17, 2024.
In this role, Gvildys Bagnall will provide thought leadership, strategic guidance and direction while translating corporate strategy into Region/Market-specific action. This includes building the CommonSpirit brand, growing market share, improving access to care, ensuring financial sustainability, and driving innovation and change.
Gvildys Bagnall will oversee our Region’s Strategy, Business Development, Marketing, Communications, Sales and Digital Implementation functions. She will also oversee development of Service Line and Center of Excellence strategies.
Gvildys Bagnall comes to CommonSpirit with considerable experience in healthcare strategy. She was a consultant and engagement manager at the Chartis Group. She later served as Vice President of Strategic Planning at Montefiore Medical Center in New York City. Most recently, Gvildys Bagnall was EVP of Business Development and CSO at UChicago Medicine, where she led the development of the organization’s Vision 2025 strategic plan and expansion into new markets.
Gvildys Bagnall obtained her Bachelor of Arts in History and her Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Chicago. She was voted one of Becker’s Top 20 CSO’s in 2022. Gvildys Bagnall serves on the Leadership Council of the Carol Emmott Foundation whose mission is to sponsor high potential women into healthcare leadership roles.
