As Region President, Andrew will lead the 20 hospitals, 260 clinics, and 16,000 employees who serve our communities in Colorado, Kansas and Utah. His strategic vision and thought leadership will be pivotal as we pursue growth targets for revenue and market share, identify opportunities to expand our ministry within the Region, and build high-performing leadership teams across the region, markets and hospitals. Andrew will also provide strategic guidance to the medical and ambulatory groups as the Region implements CommonSpirit’s quality and patient safety initiatives.

Andrew has faithfully served CommonSpirit Health for 22 years, and in that time, his results-driven, relationships-focused leadership style has been an important element in the region’s achievements. For the last 18 months, Andrew has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, overseeing key aspects of the disaffiliation with AdventHealth, in addition to the integration into CommonSpirit. Prior to that, he spent three years as CFO, leading the Region through the pandemic, followed by one of the worst inflationary periods in recent history. Andrew has also served as Chief Ambulatory Officer and has extensive experience in operational and financial management. Combined, these roles have positioned Andrew well as we look to build healthy communities now and into the future.

Andrew earned his Bachelor of Science in business administration from the Georgia Institute of Technology and his Master of Science in healthcare leadership from the University of Denver.

We look forward to Andrew’s continued leadership and success in support of CommonSpirit’s mission improving the health of the people we serve.
