About Curtis Leonard, MD
Dr. Leonard joined Orthopaedic and Spine Center of the Rockies in 2001 after practicing general orthopedics for five years in Minnesota. He has extensive experience in arthritis management, hip and knee replacements, trauma and arthroscopy. While practicing in Minnesota, he was involved in the training of medical residents at the University of Minnesota. A native of Iowa, Dr. Leonard earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in electrical engineering from Iowa State University. He earned his medical degree from the University of Iowa and completed his general surgery internship and orthopedic residency at Kansas University Medical Center. Dr. Leonard is board certified in orthopedic surgery, and is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
