Registered nurses (RNs) are on call to provide more information about the symptoms you’re experiencing or a current health condition. Our nurseline attendants can help you decide whether you should make an appointment or seek medical attention more immediately. Trained RNs can also give you care instructions to help you manage minor symptoms at home.

Our nurses use established protocols and questions to guide you through a complete phone triage assessment. The professional RN taking your call will gather and document your medical information to help provide continuity of care with providers who may be assessing your symptoms or condition following your call. This service is free to the community.

Our History
The nurse advice line was the first of its kind.
Developed in Colorado in 1985, the nurse advice line has been serving our community for nearly 40 years. Experienced RNs are available seven days a week to help you make decisions about the most appropriate level of care based on your symptoms or health concerns. We look forward to continuing to serve our community in this capacity.
