About Charles Van Hook, MD

Dr. Charles Van Hook graduated from the Rutgers/New Jersey Medical School. He completed an internship at the Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions at Baltimore City Hospital before moving to the University of Wisconsin for residency and fellowship training. Dr. Van Hook is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Disease, and Critical Care Medicine.
