About David Theis, DO

After earning his medical degree at Ohio University, Dr Theis completed his Internal Medicine residency training at Exempla Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver, CO. He then completed his Rheumatology Fellowship training at the Cleveland Clinic. After spending two years teaching and practicing medicine in Pittsburgh, PA, he has returned to Colorado to do what he loves most in medicine- taking care of patients. Dr Theis is board-certified in both Internal Medicine and Rheumatology, and practices the scope of rheumatology, with particular focus on rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis. Outside of clinic, Dr Theis enjoys wrestling with his three sons, dancing with his daughter, and hiking with his wife. When not pursuing hiking and fitness, his hobbies include dabbling in woodwork projects for friends and family.
