We are proud to offer COVID-19 vaccinations to our flourishing communities and are excited to announce the launch of a convenient online tool to schedule vaccine appointments at our local community clinics as well as clinics and drive-up vaccination events across our connected Centura Health ecosystem.
Individuals in Colorado, Kansas, and Utah are now able to easily schedule an appointment online. The online scheduling option is open to the public, and individuals are not required to have a Centura Health patient portal account. This online scheduling tool allows individuals to select from a list of vaccine clinic and event locations and choose a date and time that works best for them!
Dates and times of vaccination appointments will vary at each Centura Health community vaccination clinic. Appointments may fill quickly, so we encourage individuals to continue checking the website for new openings. In addition, new days and times are added as supply is confirmed.
After scheduling an appointment, individuals will receive an email confirmation with additional instructions.
Based on the vaccine allocation we receive each week, appointments will be made available through our online scheduling options.
