Education/tuition assistance
CommonSpirit Health offers associates a number of opportunities to pursue their educational goals including tuition reimbursement to offset education costs. Depending on the entity where you work, and your full- or part-time status, you may be eligible for between $1,250 and $3,000 per year in tuition reimbursement. These programs require you to attend approved courses and will support costs for tuition. Books may also be included.
We also provide support for mandatory clinical education and training. Based on requirements for each position, a direct manager will assist you in obtaining these mandatory education programs, if hired.
