For the birth of your baby, Holy Cross Hospital – Mountain Point offers private and spacious labor, delivery and recovery suites.
Our Services
Our Birth Center is designed to support your family's journey with comprehensive recovery, postpartum, and newborn care, including Level II and well-baby nurseries. Each birthing suite offers a comfortable and private space for your labor and delivery. You'll find an adjustable bed for your comfort, and a reclining sleeper or comfortable seating for your support person. While some suites include labor tubs for hydrotherapy, all are equipped with private showers to help ease labor discomfort and promote a positive birthing experience. From the first hours of your baby's life, our focus is on providing exceptional medical care and a supportive environment.
If you require a Cesarean section, we have dedicated surgical suites, so you will be able to deliver your baby in an operating room located right in our birth center. We have LDRP (labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum) suites, so our patients can stay in the suite the entire time, where nurses with specialized training will care for you and your baby.

Mammography
Doctors and scientists agree that early detection is the best defense against breast cancer. If we find breast cancer early, before it has spread to lymph nodes, the five-year survival rate is almost 100%. Until now, the best way to do that has been with digital mammography.
While digital mammography is still one of the most advanced early-detection technologies available today, it is only a 2-dimensional picture of the breast. The breast is a 3-dimensional object composed of different structures, such as blood vessels, milk ducts, fat, and ligaments. That’s why we use an advanced technology called breast tomosynthesis, which has been shown in clinical studies to be superior to digital mammography.
