About Kelsey Raber, NP

Kelsey Raber, AANP, provides the information and tools to enable older adults to maintain an independent, active lifestyle. She believes that positive outcomes are achieved by working as a team and that each patient deserves tailored care and decision-making power around their health.

Kelsey earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Oakland University and master’s degree in nursing from University of Colorado’s nurse practitioner program, where she specialized in adult-geriatrics.

Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys spending time with friends, family and her dog, hiking, running, camping and trying new restaurants.
