About Patrick Mayworm, LCSW

Patrick Mayworm is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) specializing in addiction treatment at St. Anthony Family Medicine Center Orchard, CommonSpirit Primary Care Thornton, and CommonSpirit Primary Care 84th Avenue. He holds a bachelor's degree in sociology and a master's degree in social work, and he completed a fellowship at St. Anthony North Family Medicine. He is also trained in art therapy.

Patrick believes that a strong provider-patient relationship is built on trust, open communication, and high-quality interactions. He strives to be a knowledgeable and attentive listener, working collaboratively with patients to develop achievable treatment plans that support their journey toward positive change. He has a special interest in Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) programs.

Outside of his work, Patrick enjoys outdoor activities such as skiing, snowboarding, and hiking. He prioritizes self-care and values his role as a family man.
