Flight for Life® License Plates
Specialty license plates can be purchased to support Flight for Life®.
With the purchase of these license plates, you support the ongoing work of the first civilian air ambulance program in the United States. Since its first lift-off in 1972, Flight for Life® has transported over 160,000 seriously ill or injured patients to medical care. Anybody can purchase Flight for Life® plates with a minimum $25 donation to Flight for Life® and the specialty plate fee.
