About Amy Albers, NP
Amy Albers, FNP-C, cares for her patients just as she would her own family. Amy values her patients’ goals and advocates on their behalf when it comes to living a happy and healthy life.
Amy’s goal is to partner with her patients to help them become the best versions of themselves, supporting them throughout life’s challenges and changes. She believes that health literacy and education are the keys to patient self-empowerment. She is passionate about learning from her patients just as she is about providing them with personalized, whole-person care. Amy focuses on preventive care, wellness visits, women’s health, family planning, cancer survivorship, and chronic disease management.
Amy received a bachelor’s degree in biology and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Northern Colorado. She went on to earn her master’s degree in Nursing from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, where she received her certification as a family nurse practitioner.
As a Colorado native, Amy has learned to love the beauty of nature and what it has to offer. She spends her free time hiking, camping, and backpacking in the Rocky Mountains. When she’s not exploring the great outdoors, Amy is an avid reader who wants to learn all she can, including fly fishing, gardening, and traveling.
