About Bryan Levy, DO
Bryan Levy, DO, is a board-certified general surgeon who ensures that his patient’s questions and concerns are heard and that they feel comfortable with their care plan, no matter how minor or complex. As a fourth-generation doctor, and through his experiences with his father, he developed a passion for medicine at a young age. Dr. Levy’s father imparted on him the importance of communicating with his patients.
After high school, Dr. Levy attended the University of Montana in Missoula, where he graduated with high honors in Human Biology and Chemistry. He received his medical degree from Des Moines University - College of Medicine. Dr. Levy completed his surgical residency at Michigan State University - McLaren Macomb Campus in Detroit, Michigan. While in residency, he received extensive trauma training while working in many underserved areas.
Dr. Levy was born and raised in Golden, Colorado and is excited to return to his home state so he can be close to his family and the mountains. In his free time, he likes to hike, climb, mountain bike, whitewater kayak, and snowboard.
