About Carissa Keirsey, LPC
Carissa Keirsey, LPC is dedicated to approaching each and every patient from a wholistic perspective. Her goal is to provide compassionate and empathetic care as patients work through different challenges, both medically or personally. Carissa obtained a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Colorado State University. She earned her Master of Counseling at University of Arkansas.
Carissa’s interests include working with teens and young adults, addressing concerns across the lifespan. Her experience integrates the use of Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy techniques.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time in the great outdoors, hiking and walking with her dog, Tucker. Her favorite getaway is unplugging in Breckenridge, CO.
