About Erin Lenocker, PsyD

Erin Lenocker, PhD, is a licensed clinical psychologist trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and grief therapy. She is passionate about helping people navigate difficulties and make positive changes within their lives. Dr. Lenocker helps her patients work towards their ideal work-life balance and maintain fitness from both a physical and mental health perspective. 

Dr. Lenocker has worked in the health care industry for over 20 years. She received her PhD from Walden University in Minneapolis.
