About Hollie Brieske, NP

Hollie Brieske is a certified Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with 8 years of direct patient care experience. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Michigan State University, College of Nursing in East Lansing, Michigan. Hollie earned her Masters of Science in Gerontology Primary Care from University of Michigan, School of Nursing in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Hollie believes that the patient and provider function as a team when making health care decisions. She works directly with her patients to maintain and improve their health in ways that work for them as an individual. Hollie listens to her patients’ priorities to help create honest, achievable goals for their future care.

As a result of her geriatric training, Hollie specializes in working with older adult patients, and focuses on diabetes care, acute and chronic kidney disease, pneumonia, asthma, arthritis care and neuropathy.

Outside of work, Hollie enjoys traveling, live music, hiking, running half-marathons, skiing, playing games, going to trivia, and spending time with her family including her two nephews who live in Dallas.
