About Kevin Weary, MD

Dr. Kevin Weary was raised in Houston, Texas, and has been with Academy Women’s Healthcare Associates since he concluded his residency in 1996. Dr. Weary graduated from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston (1992). He completed his obstetrics and gynecology residency at the Scott and White Hospital in Temple, Texas (1996). He is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Weary strives to earn each patient’s trust and confidence, serving her as if she were a family member.

He cherishes the honor of walking alongside patients and their families during pregnancies and joyful deliveries, and offers a compassionate servant’s heart through the hard times of pregnancy loss. He is pleased to offer new minimally invasive surgical options to patients.

Dr. Weary and his wife are the proud parents of two sets of twins—one daughter and three sons. They enjoy spending time with family, small group involvement through their home church of Woodmen Valley Chapel, and entrepreneurial business projects that offer new services to our community.

Dr. Weary serves as a board member to Life Network whose mission is to cultivate a community that values life through love of Christ. He also serves on the board of Sonrise Mountain Ranch, a nonprofit organization with a mission to grow Great Commandment, Great Commission families.
