About Megan Engelen, DO
Megan Engelen, DO, FACP, specializes in preventive care and chronic disease management. She strives to empower patients through education and proactive strategies. Dr. Engelen focuses on treating existing conditions but also preventing future health issues by promoting healthy lifestyles and early interventions. Her perspective ensures that each patient receives personalized care aimed at improving overall well-being and quality of life.
Dr. Engelen earned her bachelor’s degree at Purdue University and her medical degree at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. She performed a residency in internal medicine at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in North Carolina. Dr. Engelen is also Medical Director for Primary Care in Utah.
Outside of work, Dr. Engelen enjoys travel and adventures with her husband and three children, watching her children’s sports, and spending time in the mountains – skiing, hiking, camping, biking and paddle boarding.
