About Nicolas Gamble, MD
Nicolas Gamble, MD, a dedicated sports and family medicine physician, offers a comprehensive care approach that caters to the needs of active individuals. Dr. Gamble understands that many musculoskeletal injuries can be managed without surgery, so he focuses on accurate diagnosis, effective treatment plans, counseling on surgical and non-surgical options, as well as comprehensive recovery plans.
Dr. Gamble works to provide his patients with swift diagnoses and targeted procedures, including injections for pain relief and recovery when necessary. He emphasizes non-narcotic pain management in his clinic and offers guidance on regenerative medicine procedures, such as platelet-rich plasma (PRP). Patients benefit from tailored guidance on returning to physical activity and sports, as well as safe exercise prescriptions for strength training, weightlifting and conditioning.
Dr. Gamble completed his bachelor's degree at Tulane University in New Orleans. He attended medical school at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine and completed his family medicine residency at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Denver. Dr. Gamble completed and graduated from his sports medicine fellowship through the St. Anthony North primary care program in Westminster, Colorado.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Gamble is an enthusiast of outdoor activities, including fly fishing, skiing, golfing, soccer, ultimate frisbee, backpacking and camping.
