About Tameira Hollander, MD
Dr. Tameira Hollander is board-certified in internal medicine, specializing in prevention, diagnosis and treatment of adult diseases. She completed both her undergraduate and medical degrees at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude and was honored as a Top Five Graduate in her medical school class. Dr. Hollander completed her internal medicine residency at the University of Michigan Medical School in Ann Arbor.
When it comes to treating her patients, Dr. Hollander prioritizes listening to her patients. She enjoys getting to know them as people and pays careful attention to the many details of their medical conditions.
As a result of her internal medicine training, Dr. Hollander specializes in providing primary care to adults and seniors. She enjoys the challenge of managing complex cases, coordinating care with specialists and helping her patients better understand their medical issues so that they can take charge of their health. From managing diabetes and high blood pressure to providing health screenings and preventive medicine, Dr. Hollander’s goal is to keep her patients healthy and well.
When she’s not treating patients, Dr. Hollander enjoys trail running, road bicycling, hiking and traveling with her family.
